PUF Insulation Panels
Polyurethane foam sandwich panels — superior thermal insulation, lightweight, and rapid to install. Used for our portable studios, site offices, and security cabins.
MS Frame + Aercon AAC
Mild steel structural frame — factory welded, engineered to IS standards, placed by crane. Walls are Aercon AAC blocks: 3× lighter than brick, thermally superior, fully load-bearing.
Engineered to IS-1893
Every PodHome is engineered to Indian seismic standards. Factory-welded steel, tested before it leaves the floor. Performs 5× better than conventional RCC in seismic activity.

Portable solutions are fully factory-finished structures you can transport and relocate — ideal for compact homes, site offices, and security cabins. PEB is permanent construction built on your foundation: MS frame and Aercon walls, suitable for full residences, hospitals, schools and any larger structure. Both are factory-engineered; only the scale, permanence and use case differ.
Our PEB residences are 100% permanent — Aercon AAC walls, concrete slabs, proper foundation, the same materials banks see in any conventional home. Portable units are designed for permanence too, but remain relocatable if needed.

Yes, for PEB construction. We use Aercon AAC walls and proper RCC slabs — bank-recognized materials. We provide full documentation, structural drawings, and cost estimates for your home loan application.
It cannot. Every PodHome contract is fixed price, signed before work begins. We have never charged a client more than the contract amount.
