Before we arrive.

Four things are yours to arrange. Nobody tells you this early, and it is the most common surprise in prefab.

1. Electrical mains with earthing, brought to the meter point.
2. Water supply within one metre of the bathroom inlet.
3. A septic connection.
4. The plinth. A concrete base built to drawings we issue once your order is confirmed.
