Fibre cement board with cement plank cladding included. Looks like a proper home. Available on any portable on request.
PUF Panel
Smooth painted steel skin. Best for site offices, labour colonies, and industrial use. Crane-placed and relocatable.
Container Style
CR sheet exterior for a more finished look. Better for client-facing site offices or labour housing that needs to look presentable.
Aercon Basic
Aercon AAC blocks with standard finishes. Permanent pucca structure, RCC-equivalent strength. Good entry option for site-built builds.
Aercon Premium
Aercon AAC with uPVC windows, Legrand switches, and Essco by Jaquar fittings. Used for Studio, 1BHK, 2BHK, and 4BHK villas.

Yes. We use Aercon walls and proper concrete slabs — the same materials banks see in any conventional home. We provide full documentation, structural drawings, and cost estimates for your loan application.
Every home comes with a 5-year structural warranty in writing. If there is a structural issue in that period, we fix it at no cost. Beyond that, because we use steel frame and concrete block construction, there is very little that can go wrong — no wood to rot, no conventional plaster to crack, no contractor to chase. Our team is reachable on WhatsApp and we respond within 2 hours.
It cannot. You sign a fixed price contract before work begins. The price in the contract is the price you pay. We have never charged a client more than the signed amount.
Conventional construction is slow because columns and slabs need months to cure, labour moves between multiple sites, and no one contractor is accountable end to end. We build your steel frame in our factory while foundation work runs in parallel on your plot. One dedicated team, one site, one deadline.
