We have a factory where your home is built in controlled conditions, and one dedicated team that stays on your site from start to finish. Fixed price means no renegotiation mid-build. 5-year structural warranty means we stand behind the work after handover. No conventional contractor offers both.

Yes. We use Aercon walls and proper concrete slabs — the same materials banks see in any conventional home. We provide full documentation, structural drawings, and cost estimates for your loan application.

Every home comes with a 5-year structural warranty in writing. If there is a structural issue in that period, we fix it at no cost. Beyond that, because we use steel frame and concrete block construction, there is very little that can go wrong — no wood to rot, no conventional plaster to crack, no contractor to chase. Our team is reachable on WhatsApp and we respond within 2 hours.

It cannot. You sign a fixed price contract before work begins. The price in the contract is the price you pay. We have never charged a client more than the signed amount.

Conventional construction is slow because columns and slabs need months to cure, labour moves between multiple sites, and no one contractor is accountable end to end. We build your steel frame in our factory while foundation work runs in parallel on your plot. One dedicated team, one site, one deadline.
