Yes. Our Shimla project was built on a steep slope where no conventional contractor would commit. The MS frame is crane-placed, which means terrain is largely irrelevant to our process. Foundation design adapts to your specific slope — quoted separately after a free site review.
Yes. We use Aercon AAC walls and proper concrete slabs — the same materials banks recognise in any conventional home. We provide full structural drawings, cost estimates, and documentation for your loan application.
Civil work is the foundation — the below-ground structure that anchors your villa to the slope. Every hill plot is different: slope angle, soil type, and load-bearing capacity all affect the design. We assess your site and quote civil work separately so you get an accurate number, not a padded estimate.
Civil foundation work and frame fabrication happen simultaneously. By the time your foundation is ready, the frame is already built in our factory. Crane placement takes 2 days. Walls, slab, MEP, and finishing follow — no waiting months for RCC to cure.
Yes. We can work with any structurally sound design. Our team reviews compatibility with our MS frame system at no charge before you commit to anything.
