Pre-Engineered Construction — Hospitals, Hotels, Schools

Built in 8 months.
Not 24.

Conventional RCC takes 18–24 months and overruns by years. Our hybrid PEB structure delivers the same building in 8–12 months — at the same cost — with factory precision and zero monsoon delays.

The real problem

Conventional construction
costs you twice.

Once in money. Once in time. Every month a hospital or hotel sits unfinished is revenue you are not earning.

01

Time overruns are the norm, not the exception

Government data shows an average delay of 23 months across large institutional construction projects in India. Monsoon, labour, statutory clearances — every one is a reason to slip.

PEB: factory-built structure assembled on site. Weather doesn’t stop a factory.
02

Every month of delay is interest you are paying

At 1 lakh sqft, a 12-month delay adds Rs.50–100 per sqft in financing cost alone — before a single patient is admitted or guest checks in. That is Rs.50–100 lakh gone before opening day.

PEB: 8–12 months to handover. Your building earns sooner.
03

The quote you sign is not the bill you pay

Material price hikes, scope changes, contractor gaps. Conventional RCC builds routinely land 30–50% above the original estimate.

PEB: fixed-price contract. Signed before work begins. Never exceeded.
What We Build

Three sectors.
One build system.

Same hybrid PEB structure, same factory precision — adapted to the regulatory and functional requirements of each sector.

Healthcare
Hospital
Construction

A 50-bed hospital in conventional RCC takes 24–36 months. A 200-bed facility takes 4–5 years — and usually more. We build the same facility in 8–12 months with our hybrid PEB system. Structural frame factory-engineered, Aercon AAC walls, full MEP provisions.

Hospitality
Hotel
Construction

Every month a hotel sits unbuilt is room nights you are not selling. Our hybrid PEB structure delivers full multi-storey hotel buildings — lobby, rooms, back-of-house — in half the time of conventional construction, with the finish quality your guests expect.

Education
School
Construction

Conventional RCC school construction takes 12–24 months. Monsoon stops work for 3–4 months every year. Our prefab school campuses — multi-storey, fully compliant — are delivered in 3–6 months because structure is fabricated in the factory while site prep happens in parallel.

The Process

Factory-built.
Site-assembled.

The reason PEB is faster is structural — not a promise. Factory and site work in parallel. By the time the foundation is ready, the frame is done.

01

Design and engineering

Structural drawings, IS-code compliance, load calculations, MEP provisions all finalised before fabrication begins. 2–3 weeks.

02

Factory fabrication

MS structural frame fabricated and welded in our factory while your foundation and site work runs in parallel. No weather dependency.

03

Site assembly

Frame erected by crane. Aercon AAC walls, slabs, and MEP follows immediately. Compressed schedule — no curing wait between floors.

04

Finishing and handover

Interiors, MEP commissioning, and fit-out. Fixed handover date in your contract. We have never missed one.

Common questions

What developers ask us.

Yes. Our hybrid PEB uses an MS structural frame engineered to IS-1893 seismic standards, Aercon AAC walls, and RCC slabs. It meets the same structural codes as conventional construction and is acceptable to banks, municipal bodies, and NABH for hospital projects. We provide complete structural drawings and engineering documentation.

Yes. Multi-storey is where hybrid PEB performs best. The MS frame handles vertical loads efficiently, and floors are RCC slabs poured on site — standard construction for load and fire compliance. We have completed 6-floor structures. Share your floor plates and we will give you a structural feasibility assessment within a week.

For PEB institutional construction, we typically work from 10,000 sqft upward. Our sweet spot is 50,000–2,00,000 sqft — where the time and cost advantage over RCC is most significant. Smaller projects can be discussed depending on location and scope.

At scale, yes — and sometimes lower. PEB saves 20–22% on direct construction cost at 1 lakh sqft, and eliminates the financing cost of a longer build (Rs.50–100/sqft at typical project finance rates). The total project cost including interest is almost always lower with PEB.

Yes. We have delivered projects across India. Factory is in Greater Noida — we transport the structural frame to your site and assemble with our own team. Send us your location and project brief and we will confirm feasibility and a delivery timeline.
